I just got a set of bearing buddies for my boat trailer. I was getting alot of water intrustion from the old whatevers.
I know I have to clean and repack the bearings.
I have new rear seals for the hub.

Here are the questions:

Do I fill the area between the bearings with grease?
There is a zerk fitting on the end of the spindle, do I take that off?
After I put on the bearing buddy how much more grease do I put in?

I don't have any personal experience with buddy bearings but I've always heard they only get grease to your outer bearings. You still have to take everything apart to get the rear bearings greased. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

If there is a grease fitting on the spindle already, you should not need Bearing Buddies

E-Z Lube spindles are drilled to carry the grease to the bearings when you pump it in thru the fitting. I'd replace the inner seals and inspect the hubs and outer caps for other sealing issues. pump the hubs full of grease and take it for a ride, see if any grease spews out.

As for the BB's , they have a spring loaded center, as you pump grease in, it compresses the spring and keeps pressure on the grease all the time, creating " positive pressure" in the bearing hub, this is supposed to keep water out, ( usually works )
