Auxiliary fuel tank discussion

It hardly sticks up any, atleast in the pic. Surely your trailer isn't that close to the bedrail.

It has kissed the bedrail once or twice. The PO hit the truck a few times hard enough to dent the trailer. I lifted the trailer 4", but still can't have anything above the top of the bedrail.
 
Titan fuel tanks has a L shaped tank that looks like it would fit under a toolbox in bed of a fullsize and ya wouldn't lose any extra space!?? In a burb I'm thinking a 60 gallon be best I could get away with w/o losing rear cargo space! They do make a spare tire tank but I like having a spare!
 
Wait till y'all travel with kids. A stop every 1.5 hours for 20 minutes is pretty standard.
Yep I started traveling at night with my nieces for this reason... way less stops! I try to only stop for cabelas and bps! Lol
