Man my potato soup will make u lick your eye brows off that's my proof. My work does a potato soup cook off every year and I have won hands down the last 9 years. I'll give u a hint cream cheese.

In the process of making this for the first time. I've promised the wife that it will be the best potato soup ever...I know it won't disappoint!

@shawn saw heavy cream in the refrigerator Monday evening and knew I was planning on a batch. Tomorrow's weather sounds about right for it.

Wife made this evening. Awesomeness in a bowl. Saved for future use. Used some cream cheese, whipping cream, and shredded cheese... Nom nom nom. I'm getting another bowl.

Potato soup and cornbread for dinner tonight after a weekend working in the yard! Enough leftover for two more family dinners and probably a couple of single-serving lunches.

Got to get the wife to fix us a batch. This stuff is awesomely delicicous. Especially with garlic bread... yum. Reheats awesomely too!
