90's throw back.....Manche build

Wow...... I came back to add that I'm speechless..... I cannot seem to part with my junk and you have put 10K times more into this build and it's already for sale............

Snow day, shop day...


Running the exhaust to the bumper, try to get a few decibels down in the cab. If this doesn't help, I'll be changing mufflers from the delta single chamber to something else.

... round 2... 1st version wasn't enough tire clearance during articulation...

Kinda got that trophy truck exposed exhaust thing going on.

Made quite the difference, sitting in the shop anyway. Roughly 70" of tube was added from original. It did eliminate the rear firewall rattle when I run the rpms up.

I have also scavenged an 8" resonator from 2008 powerstroke exhaust that makes it even better even placed just behind the tire, if I decide this isn't enough.

successful trip to AOP and Busted Knuckle Off Road Park.

Flopped on #47 at AOP. I'll have damage pics tomorrow. Nothing I can't beat out.

Found the problem right there in the first video. You had Grigg spotting ya.

Rig looks killer and seems to perform great.

Flop damage. Nothing a porta-power and hammer/dolly can't fix, aside from the taillight - and I have two spare trucks sitting here if they won't...

We can only hope!! I’d love to heckle everyone on KOH live stream about a MJ kicking their ass lol I gave those west coast boys hell last year pulling for all the Nc4x4 folks in it!! #EastCoastTakeover
