Update!

Head gaskets are fine. Turbo got stuck and blew up and popped the intercooler output tube.

My little valve lapping expert, Willow (6 and my only brown eyed child). She did all but 3. She said her hand was tired about #5 but wanted to keep going. I told her to take a break. She did take a break after #7 and finished #9 and stopped. She did great. I only had to change the tool over for her because she couldn't grasp the chuck hard enough to release or engage it.

Congaree sandar at high hills plantation. I love seeing the evolution of this massive mound of sand. I'm babysitting a category 3 sunburn tonight, that's for sure.

Steaks and birthday cake for Fathers Day - I think I'm the coolest Mom/Dad he will ever have. My baby boy turned 17 yesterday. We went down the creek in tubes so I'm looking rough(er) than usual.

HellCat Swap

That rat rod semi stayed in the same hotels as my dad and I. We ran the Darlington, Raleigh, and Charlotte legs. I've got a bunch of pics and some video I'm sorting through and I'll probably make a thread.

The semis 2 stroke 6v92 had a pull start[emoji33]

Seriously, he'd yank the cord on a Honda recoil starter mounted on the left front of the engine and it would send air to the air starter. Everyone got a kick out of that.

The hellcat swap was clean.

Here was our junk:

It’s is absolutely stunning country though.
It really is. Michigan as a whole is an awesome state. I haven't spent nearly as much time there as I'd like. I have dated at least two girls from there. One from Bay area and the other from Algonac. Both tall, blonde and down right beautiful. From spending some time with my uncle in Biwabik MN (spl?), I'd live there also. The people are lavishly friendly and hospitable. Will talk your ear off though. It's like most places in the Northeast. I love being there. I avoid the big cities like a case of the crabs but the rural areas have a special place in my heart.

Got a blade and blade brushes in for my new (to me) bandsaw today. Thanks again @CMjeep3

How does that brand compare to Lennox? We go through them quite regularly. I broke one just last week after I forgot to block up a piece of 2x2x.250 angle correctly. Rookie mistake. That sumbitch said pow!

Not sure. This is my first bandsaw. My friend recommended a Lenox bI-metal blade but I couldn't find one in 5/8. So I called wellsaw to verify the correct blade size and they offered this one.
