HELP! You can be like Santa Clause!

My wife's best friend is selling us her kid's play house which is wood and 8'x8'. It is fairly heavy and cannot be disassembled. We need to get it transported about 12 miles from Welcome to the other side of Lexington (near Timberlake gallery).

I have neither a trailer nor a vehicle to pull a trailer. Her friend's husband does, but he tends to be a butt about stuff, so I'd rather keep him out of it. He will probably try to add "useful" advice either way.

Can anyone help with this between now and Christmas? My wife will provide you a very good home cooked meal for your trouble.

8x8 and fairly heavy means it will be a bear to load on a trailer, as it's wider than the fenders, and will have to go up and over. (Lots of work, and rough on the material, unless you got equipment there that can lift it).

A rollback wrecker can do it easily, and much cheaper than you might expect. They can tilt down to the load, have wide decks, and a winch to pull it up onto the deck. If you can't find a tow service that will do it (I imagine most would), call one of the places that sells pre-built storage buildings, and get a referral to whoever delivers their units.
