'81 Project Toy Full width Build up, Finally got it on the Trails....

Well "jph0913" and myself have started another build up..

This time we are building a '81 Toyota Deluxe Pickup Truck

So Last weekend we drove 405 miles and picked up this Gem of a Toy..
John Cut off the bed and you will see why in the pics..
and today we cut stripped and washed the frame and then cut if off and replaced it with a new frame

The Plan.. is to run full width 9/44 combo and 4 link the rear and 3 link the front.. but this will take some time so stay tuned..

The front half of frame was in very good shape.. I guess it was protected by all the oil, power steering fluid, etc
