I would rather that come from a fishing access org. rather than a 4wd club. Firing off emails to OBPA and NCBBA.

Hopefully the ESA revaluation will help.

Nothing about it on AARA, but that is not suprising. They agreed with the "escort" program last year

potential negotiated rulemaking process on the Cape Hatteras National
Seashore. We will review and include them as part of our recommendation to
the National Park Service with our final Feasibility Report.

The proposed participant list is eliciting a wide range of views and strong
reactions. We encourage everyone to remain open to different ways to
establish a balanced group who can adequately represent the range of
interests and who can engage in new ways of dealing with each other to
address the complex set of problems facing Cape Hatteras National Seashore
and NPS.
