sorry wrong link.... I was looking for the link to the products website, not a writeup. I've got a friend who runs them on his YJ and they are good quality for not alot of money.

I have a set of weld-on's and I am very happy with them. I bought my set from a guy out in OR. The only difference is my holes are recessed and allen head bolts used. Flush mounted. SO far so good. I will say they do take a beating! Mine do not have the anti coning ring, which I think would be a good added feature.

These are what I use. Not that heavy duty, 3/16 outer 1/4 inner steel rings, but have held up well after a year of wheeling. I do like the spun form bead lip on the outer ring to help seal the 16 bolt design and help prevent the "coning" effect. I also like the nuts welded to the inside ring. Will bend if you overtighten the bolts too much but the price is right if you're looking for an economy 15" DIY beadlock kit.

I wonder if you could take these and add another hole between each bolt hole to make them 32 bolt locks?
Any reason this wouldn't work?

I can do 16" anytime
I just don't stock it because they don't sell near as good as the 15"
Today I'm getting sending over some drawings for some 17" and am thinking of adding a few kits of 16"
I thought about a 20", but theres not a lot of demand for it, at least I haven't had too many people ask about them. BTW, they are pricey...

Yep, that would work...no problem.

Got much rock rash on them yet? All the guys I've seen who replaced their normal bolts with button-head allen's or whatever almost always wound up going back to bolts, since when you drag a rock across the button head, the allen key will not fit inside after that.
Was wondering how the recessed ones hold up.

Yeah, used buttons on my flat skid and one trip to DPG and I had to grind two off just to get the skid off :)
