same as the others but the larger size means you have to take the guard off.

Its that metal thing that comes with all grinders that gets thrown away upon first use.



I have always kept the guard on mine though, there are only a hand full of times when it gets in the way.

Still using that same flap disc.. however I have not been doing as much metal fab.

Made some exhaust.

Test drive was good, brakes still suck though. Exhaust is done, need to make a new panel for the trans tunnel and I'll be ready for URE this weekend.

I am happy to say this project is getting more work done

last wheeling trip and now time to upgrade

Since 2015 so I have done to it is new wheels and tires in ‘23.


Next is upgrading to a one ton front

Yeah keeping the 5 on 5.5. I do have the old beadlocks with 38 swampers in my basement.

The driver side upper link mount was ripping itself off the truck. Found several frame cracks in that area. Cut it all off. Put on a fish plate and a new mount will go in.
