RQ, next time you driving on S. Wendover Rd., right at Overhill Rd intersection, there's someone on the corner lot, with a nice Jeepster! Green body, white top. I even found it on Google maps, & look like it's a Reality Office. 1839 S Wendover Rd.
 
Since we were doing lists the other day, here's mine for "ready to shake down"


Jeepster To do 5/12/24

Rear end:
Paint the cover and Put it on.
Fill with fluid.
Install brake calipers and mount brake lines.
Build new lower links.
Square up rear end.
Move top shock mounts in wards.
Create crossbar for shocks.
Cut inner fenders for shocks.
Build driveshaft

Transfer Case:
Fill with Oil,
Make new shifters work, which will include cutting up and re-engineering.

Transmission:
Put shifter in.
Fill with Oil.
Put transmission tunnel cover back on and cut to fit as needed.

Front end:
Build top link.
Engineer and build Panhard bar.
Cycle suspension.
Install coil overs with lower and upper mounts.
Once front end has been cycled and is in place, pull it out and disassemble for welding.
Build permanent lower links pan bar, and top link, (PVC now)
Install bump stops.
Install limiting straps
Install brakes,
Install Axles, outers and hubs
Build driveshaft
Front diff: put my Dana 60 differential cover on and fill with oil.

Front of Jeep,:
Build fenders and tie into the front end and the shock towers.
Install the steering orbital
REPAIR steering shaft at same time.
Run flex lines to the ram and install ram.
Build the steering rods that run from the ram to the knuckles.
Find a suitable electric fan and shroud
Remove the door hinges and straighten the driver side panel.
Paint front differential after final welding and complete build.
On the front shocks buy new springs

Other:
Polish the rest of the beadlock rims and mount the tires with airsoft beads installed and gorilla tape around rims.
Repair exhaust on passenger side.
Consider a skid plate for the Transfer Case.

orbital box mount,
connector between the orbital and the steering shaft,
Front shock hoops
Steering reservoir and cooler
22”x 6.5 Shroud and fan
Bumpstop cans
Front coilover springs
